Aims at training professional and volunteer fire fighters, members of civil protection local services and civil protection volunteer groups in techniques for identifying risks and ensuring a coordinated and effective risk management for common emergencies caused by natural disasters (forest fires, floods) in the cross-border regions between Northern Portugal and Galicia (Spain).
