Heavy oil: What do we know? What do we still ignore? Which possible responses?

The common designation of "heavy fuel oils" covers a wide diversity of products presenting different behaviours, characteristics and impacts. The workshop aims at identifying what is known and what is unknown in terms of behaviour, fate and impact of heavy fuel oils and determine which possible response could be addressed.
