Mass Shelter Capability Project (MASC)

The purpose of this project is to bring together European expertise through a series of structured workshops to design and agree consistent standards for the development of a scalable, modular and phased mass shelter capability.

The working planning assumption for this project is to design the capability to provide an acceptable standard of shelter on a green field site for 10,000 people for a period of 6 weeks with the capability to be operational within 5 days of activation.
