Aims to address crisis communication of cross border procedures between Slovenia and Croatia applied to different publics, to ensure proper reaction of the population and competent bodies at municipal level, during evacuation.

The project will review existing acts, plans and procedures in both countries, to build competences of members of protection and rescue forces (P&R forces=Police, Health centres, Fire fighters, Red Cross, Volunteers etc), solving practical problems arising from the emergency plan and further tactical command during the evacuation exercise.
