Civil protection forces deployed in disaster response operations under CBRN conditions are exposed to additional risks and pressures that may constitute a heavy psychological strain. This project will develop and test a training programme for operational forces (including volunteers) that have to cope with CBRN incidents, with the aim to enhance competences in psychosocial support and to contribute to optimized procedures during crisis response.
