Track I - Development of a Long Term Wildfire Prevention Framework for Istanbul Forest Region (TR)

The project will develop a long-term prevention strategy to decrease the risk of wildfires by organising workshops with stakeholders; analyse the influence of climate chance and urban sprawl on fire risk; and develop a specific action plan for the Prince Islands, a hotspot for fire risks in Istanbul.
