The European Commission is committed to guarantee full transparency on the beneficiaries of funds in line with the requirements of Article 35 of the Financial Regulation.
EU-funded humanitarian assistance is implemented through humanitarian organisations. These are humanitarian non-governmental organisations (NGOs), international organisations (including United Nations agencies), and Member States’ specialised agencies.
The agreements, sorted by humanitarian organisation (beneficiary of EU humanitarian funding) with a reference to the country of operation, the subject of the grant and the amount funded by the EU can be found on the Financial Transparency System (FTS) website.
