Description
Implementing agencies (UN, Red Cross Movement, NGOs) will be provided a platform to showcase good practices and outline the potential for scale of anticipatory actions.
Representatives of countries affected by adverse effects of climate change, as well as representatives of regional organisations, will also outline their views and needs on the topic, alongisde development actors.
The link with climate action and UNFCCC processes could be ensured by relevant civil society, governmental (e.g. climate negotiator) or institutional (e.g. UNFCCC Secretariat) representative.
