If you are a victim or a witness of (potential) sexual misconduct related to

For such reporting, there are no specific requirements to be met, apart from providing as precise and detailed information as possible. If you have already submitted a complaint with a DG ECHO partner, share with us the reference 

The European Commission applies a zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment, from its partner organisations receiving EU funds.

Your request will be handled in full confidentiality to protect the rights of those involved. DG ECHO handles personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint, and if you are the victim of sexual misconduct, you will be informed of any further developments related to your complaint within a reasonable delay.

The reporting can be anonymous. 

Report fraud:

If you have witnessed or suspect fraud related to EU funding, please report it via the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) Fraud Notification System.

You can report anonymously in any of the EU's official languages.
