Aims at reducing the financial and human cost of fires through effective risk assessment and management. This will be achieved by developing innovative tools and techniques for European Fire and Rescue Services. These collaboratively developed tools will help identify risks and enable Fire Services to be better prepared to prevent and reduce the contributory factors that can lead to high levels of fire risk in European communities.
