Aims for better organisation of the cave rescue system in Slovenia and Croatia through analysis of the current situation, preparation of the common standards and conditions with other partners from Participating States to enhance the awareness and preparedness of cavers and to improve the effectiveness of the cave rescuers (emergency response).
The project will study risk assessment on caves related issues in both countries, establish a train the trainers programme and common standards on cave rescuing. The regulated system and acknowledged rules will set the basis for the successful functioning of speleology and cave rescue service.
